- The people believed in dreams very much in the old times. A man told my Grandfather that he dreamt several times that there was a crock of gold in a certain place. He was told dig it as it was intended for him and his people.
So he decided to do it. He carried another man with him promising him half of the treasure though he was not a relation of his. They went in the nighttime and they found all the tokens that were mentioned in the dream. Finally, they met a flag that covered the crock. They lifted the flag, and to their delight exposed the crock. They took it up and examined it. It was very heavy, shaped like a mug, with a large mouth which was well corked.
