    the graveyard and while the corpse was being buried they perched on a tree and sang until the people left the graveyard.
    Another story by the same person
    The Parish priest of Boherbue known as Fr. Noctin was on holidays. The priest's cook and servant girl brought Máire Bedlum to the house, that night they had not any bed for her but Fr Noctin's (they thought it a great sin to put her to sleep on the priest's bed). They took her home early in the morning. The priest came back that morning and he sent the cook to confession to a curate known as Fr. Healy. She was telling him about "Máire" and he told her not to mind that they would talk it over in the sacristy. When he had finished the confessions he came to the sacristy and he asked her to tell it to him but she said,
