    A bent twig is fastened at each corner, and so arranged, that they meet about a foot and a half above the frame.
    These four twigs are securely tied at the top and serve to keep the older sticks in position. When the crib is finished, I put it aside in some place to be used later for catching birds when the frost and snow come.
