- One evening as some of the neighbours were passing the height near our house they saw a small little man with a red handkerchief and a cow's horn.
He had money in the horn. He sat down and put the money in a heap on the ground. Then he began to clean it with the handkerchief and put it into the cow's horn again.
When he had that done he went into our haggard and buried it, but the place is not known.
That night after burying the money he died and it was said that a black man or woman was to get the house after and so it happened.- Collector
