  1. There is a well in our parish St Owen's well is the name of it. Very often people pay rounds before a feast, to get cured. There is a little fish in the Well and if the people see it, they will get there cure, but they hardly ever see it.
    People carry home some water to drink when they are sick and it cures their disease. They also wash sores with it, but if the people do not believe in the water, it will have no effect.
    Near the Holy Well there is a bush, and people put something on it for a token, usually a piece of cloth. They wish to see if the piece
