    amusement after such as horse-racing, jumps, football, dancing, etc. Toll or custom has to be paid for every animal sold. Namely 60 for a cow, a penny for a bonham and three pence for a pig. At every entrance a few men stand and collect the tolls. This only occurs at the June's Fair and the September's fair.
    When Bargaining
    When bargaining the buyer often spits on his hand and hits the seller's hand. They also put (a mark such as) a blue or red mark on the animal to know her. It is customary to give a shilling or two for luck according to the value of the animal. This money is called "The luck Penny."
