    the rock, when night came Regan got his horse and rode to the giants rock. When he got to the foot of the rock he tied his horse and climbed up the rock. He listened for awhile to know would he hear the giant coming but he hard nothing.
    Regan saw his chance and letting the magic cap fall over his eyes he caught the candle and flung it into the river Shannon. Just as he had it done the giant came running down in a rage towards Regan. Regan drew his sword and hit the giant, but the giant skin was too hard and it broke the sword, but with the forse of the blow he fell and Regan dived into the river and the giant got up and broke a piece of the rock and flung it after Regan. With the weight of the rock he fell back and broke his back and died. Regan went back to the leader and told him they were all delighted
