    black lake, there was a lake there once and it got black from turf. Cool-Derry the back of Derry it is situated at the back of an oak grove. Knocknacon the hill of the hounds. Even to the present day there is a little hill there.
    Rapla a village. There is no sign of a village there now. There is a big, mansion in the townsland. It was supposed to be owned by people named Wolfe. It is said there was a threshing there once and the me at the threshing would not get their dinner from the Wolfes. They hurned the house upon them. It is also said that one of the Wolfes was thrown out of the window. Part of the house is still in existance. Graigue means a little village. The townsland is now called Beechwood.
