    and he told the gentleman that the money was stolen and that he could tell him where it was. So a bargain was made and if the money was got the gentleman promised to keep the old man. He sent his men to the house and they got the money and brought it safely to the gentleman. The gentle man was delighted and kept the poor man in his house to be his wise man. There was a neighbouring gentleman who also had a wise man. The two men made a bet as to which was the wisest man. For the teat they decided on meat in covered dishes. When ready the two men were brought in and the wise amn said every kind of meat butnever the right kind. The poor man was sorry for his kind master and he said aloud that
