There are no relics left behind at the well, but when people are going to the church they usually leave something after them on the alter. It is said that anyone going on a journey, having a piece of stone or a piece of timber belonging to the church, would have nothing happen to them on their journey. There is a story told about it. A man from this parish was going to America. When the ship was out in the middle of the ocean, a great storm arose, and the people thought the ship was going to sink.
