- Two young fellows lived in West Clare. One was named Seán and the other Séamas. Seán was wise and Séamas was foolish. As times were bad they started of to Limerick in search of work. Then they parted Seán soon found work because he was wise. But Séamas travelled days after days and nobody would hire him because he was a fool. One day Séamas saw a fine big house and nobody living in it. He inquired why it was empty and he was told it was haunted.
