13. Holy Picture. Cups or other drinking utensils. There is no special offering for men or women. Offerings are usually placed inside the well.
16. This well was formally situated in the neighbouring townland of Roll-ceum.It is believed that an old woman who lived adjacent to the well, used the water for boiling potatoes. The well is supposed to have disappeared during the night and sprung up on its present situation. Locally, it is considered very unlucky to profane the waters in any way.
