  1. I live in the townland of Grange. There are twenty five families in it and they number about 122 people. There is one old age pensioner in the Grange.
    The bigger part of the land of Grange is under wheat and tillage for green crop and oats and the rest under grass. The river Fane runs through Grange, and on it there are the ruins of an old mill which was burned some years ago. It is situated along the bus route about a mile from Knockbridge.
