  1. Food - to make Boxty
    Wash the potatoes first
    Then peel them and grate them into a fine mixture. Ring the juice out tight in a cloth. Then when rung add three or four boiled potatoes to the raw mixture and a little salt. Mix all together, then put one fine cloth on the bake board and put the mixture on the cloth and put another cloth on top of the mixture
