    and then tied in bundles. Then a man goes up in a ladder with a fork to push the straw into sods that is first laid on the house. Then he puts the straw on in beds, and some people sew in on with a cord.
    There were three old women in Tullyatten who used to spin wool for a lot of people around. They had spinning wheels, and cards. They would card the wool with the cards. Then they would pull the wool back and forth with the cards until all the wool would be teased. Then they would put oil on the wool and spin it into yarn.
