- The Bracken is a field at Knock. It once was covered with nothing only bracken. It was on the borders of a lake which spread from Knock to a place called Clogher in Rathkenny. There is a huge hill in Knock called Cnoc a canney The Riasc, it got this name on account of it being wet land. Umora Mora is a field at Knock.
- Cullogin Hill is a hill on Mr Lynch's farm at Castletown. The Nunan field is in Mitchelstown.
Beside the River Dee is a place called the Rasin.
There is a field in Rockfiled called the Miggledeen.
The Glochan is the name of a field in Mitchelstown.
The Buggar is also in Mitchelstown.
There is a field in Carnacop called Creevela.
At Stoke's Cross there is a field called Mullathomais.
There is a field beside it called the Mollieivee.
At Ballnascarry hill there is a field called the Slang.
