    In the name of Jesus keep me from all enemies to be seen and not to be seen now and forever. Lord into thy I offer myself

    O Jesus have mercy on me
    Jesus Mary and Joseph pray for me
    Jesus through thy bitter agony thou dids't endure on the cross and in particular when thy soul was parting from thy body have mercy on my poor soul when it is parting from its' mortal body and this simple world deliver me O Lord grant that I may carry my cross so that I may take all suffering.
