    it. The man that put up the mill for him went to sleep in it. But Fechin went across the hill to Loc Léin, struck the rocks and immediately water came forth. The man sleeping in the mill was killed when the mill began to turn. But the Holy Fechin restored his life to him once more.
    The seven wonders of Fore are:-
    The abbey built on the shaking scraw
    The mill without a stream
    The water that can't be boiled
    The tree that never blossoms = ash tree
    The seven stations = 7 crosses on every road entering Fore
    The stone St. Fechin threw across the Ben of Fore
    The lintel St. Fechin put up over the chapel door which is 9' long, 3' wide, and 2' high.
