    Matt Scally of Milltown drew a plough for a whole day. He is dead now.
    James O'Brien and his son of Piercefield drew a turnip barrow while sowing turnips for one whole day.
    Jim Reilly of Ballinacroghy was a powerful oarsman.
    Michael Fagan of Cloonoss, Ballallen was a good mower. He was able to mow two or three acres in one day. He is dead about two years.
    William Hynch of Newport on the other side of the River Inny was a wonderful diver and swimmer. He could take a dead body from the bottom of the River Inny himself.
