If the weather is rainy and stormy the eclipse brings good weather.
The horse stands with his back to a sheltery ditch before a storm, and when it is raining also.
Before a shower of rain the ass runs through the fields kicking up his heels and following the other animals.
When you see the smoke descending to the ground it is a sign of frost and when it is going up straight out of the chimney it is a sign of rain.
Cats sit with their backs to the fire and being to purr when it is going to rain. Dogs howl out side the door to get in when it is going to rain also.- Collector
