  1. Long ago people used to eat three meals a day and these meals were breakfast dinner and supper. The breakfast was eaten at six o'clock in the morning the dinner at twelve and the supper at six.
    For breakfast they used to eat stirrabout and for dinner they used to eat potatoes and salt and for the tea they used to eat stirrabout also.
    The people got up early and went out to the work before eating their breakfast.
