    He was never heard of after. The lady woke from the cutting of the finger and managed to walk home. She knocked at the door. It was her husband that opened it. He thought at first it was her ghost. But when she spoke he knew she was alive. He was over joyed and he offered a large sum of money if the butler could be found. But he was never seen after that night.
