  1. In Co.Wicklow, Kilpipe Parish, townland of Curraghlawn there is a well on the farm of Mr.William Whitmore which is known by the name Orsuin's Well. I cannot get any information as to how it got its name.
    On the road to Tinahely at the top of a hill and at the edge of the road, Killaveney parish and townland is another well always called Toby's Well. It is believed that this is from the name of a man called Toby who once lived beside it.
