    Hidden Treasure
    About one hundred and fifty years ago there lived in Ballyorrill a man who had amassed a great amount of wealth, this wealth consisted of gold. His name is forgotten among the people and it is believed that there were no relations. So naturally to benefit their own coffers, the neighbours took great interest in this man.
    He himself lived a very retired life and had no intercourse with those around him except when the latter forced their friendship upon him. Nobody knew what he did with the money but all were aware that he did not spend it lavishly.
    Before his death he was asked by those who came to see him what had he done with the money and the answer was that he had was worth nothing
