    Potatoes
    We sow three acres of potatoes every Year. Some years the crop is better than others. My brothers prepare the ground. The ground is sometimes manured before it has been ploughed.
    Some people sow potatoes in ridges but we sow them in drills. Wooden ploughs are not used now but they were used long ago. Some people have them still. The ploughs are bought
