    If the person that the tinker is annoying says that the thing is too dear the tinker will say that you will see the worth of it. If the person does not buy it the tinker will reduce it a penny or so. If you do not give them anything they will go away cursing you. Some of these are wealthy enough but they pretend to be poor.
    Some of these travel around in cars some in caravans and so on. They travel about so much that they are called the travelling folk.
