- A Toothache. If a person had a toothache long ago and if there was a hole in the tooth get a small piece of tobacco and put it in the hole in the tooth. The tobacco will not stop the pain but the tooth will decay and fall out. There is another remedy for curing toothache, put salt in the tooth and then all the water and badness runs out of the tooth. that cure has been practised from very early(continues on next page)
