    Sunday.
    People put away the eggshells that they use on Easter Sunday. On May Day they put up a bush and they decorate it with flowers and the eggshells which were put away at Easter. On St Stephen's Day the young people go about from house to house in disguise and they sing and dance at each house. When they are finished singing in any house the people of that house give they them money. At the end of the day they divide the money equally between them. This custom is called "Hunting The Wren" and the people who are hunting the wren are called "Wren Boys"
    On Christmas Eve the woman of the house goes to town and she buys all sorts of delcacies to celebrate the Christmas. On Christmas Eve night a Christmas candle is lighted and placed in the window. All weary travellers are welcomed to every house on Christmas Eve night. They are given food and shelter for the night also.
    On Christmas morning nearly everybody goes to first Mass. The church
