    and each time he went to the well he blessed it.
    A few days after he died a boy who was lame for life was cured.
    How it happened was, the boy was playing around the well with a few other boys. They were trying to jump the well and he fell in. After one or two days the boy was cured . From that day it was called St Kierans Holy Well.
