- Francis Tyquin lived near Banagher at Tailors Cross, Co. Offaly. He was the strongest man in the district. He could lift an anvil high over his head with one hand.Mr. Tiquin had a brother who was a great runner and jumper. He could catch a rabbit or a hare by running after it.
