    of buttermilk. It being very sour, one of them remarked "ye must be very rich here Mam". She asked him how he came to that conclusion. He replied "because you can afford to keep last year's buttermilk".
    She laughed and said she would get them tea but that she had no water inside. They went out to get some but when they returned they could not find the house. They set out for home. Being questioned as to what delayed them, they recounted all the incidents. My great grandmother laughed heartily saying no one believes half what happens coming home from a wedding.
