  1. Many people believe that if a ring circles the moon rain will follow. If the sun is white when it is setting bad weather is expected. If the moon is pale or dim we expect rain. If the moon is red wind is expected. If the moon is not its natural colour with a clear sky fair weather will be expected. If there is a rainbow in the morning there will be showers during the day. If there is a rainbow in the evening there will be a fine night. If the stars move along the sky and disappear it is a sign of rain.
