    Bee it knowne unto all men by these presents that I Thomas Duffe Earl of Ormond and Ossory Barron of Arklo Viscount of Thurles Lord of the libertyes and regalityes of the County of Tipperrary Lord High treasurer of Ireland and Kt. of the most honnble order of the Garter for certayne reasonable causes and considerations mee thereunto moveinge, have given granted and by this my present deede Indented confirmed unto Edmond Cromwell of Arkloe in the county of Catherlagh burgesse on mesuage and one garden in the Town of Arkloe commonly called Killgarden als garrynehae Meared and bounded
