    Burns.
    The cure for a burn is to rub soap or lamp oil to it if a person licks a black snail he has the cure of a burn.
    Sore Throat.
    The cure for a throat is to put roasted salt into a stocking and tie it round the person's neck until it is better.
    To stop a bleeding.
    The cure to stop bleeding is to put a cobweb on the cut.
    A bleeding nose.
    The cure for a bleeding nose is to put a penny at the back of your tongue or to put a cold stone at the back of your head.
    Burns
    Another cure for a burn is to get the first snow of the year and let it melt and put it on the burn.
    Boils.
    The cure for a boil is to rub sugar and soap on it.
    Thrush
    A child who never saw its father has the cure for thrush
    Jaundice.
    The cure for jaundice is to boil nettles or dockings and drink the water.
    Toothache
    The cure for toothache is to put a round stone on the
