    Good whiskey is your plan.
    The grocer contradicts him
    Says there is nothing like the tay
    But the doctors say a dose of salts
    Will drive all sores away,
    So let you all be merry boys,
    And keep your hearts in cheer,
    We'll have better times in Ireland
    Before another year.
