    over seventy and he is Robert Whyte, but he does not know any Irish. There were more houses long ago than there are now. There was a John O' Reilly who lived in Michael Cogan's lane and the ruins are still there.
    Most of the people went to America. Five or six of the Whytes went and got married. The land is not very hilly except in parts, and there are no bogs or lakes or woods in it. There is no song made about it.
