   1. If you see a straw on a road touch it in three different places and you will get a surprise. 2. If you see a straw on a hen's foot there is a stranger coming to the house. 3. If two people meet on the stairs either of them will get a surprise, or if two people say the same thing together, either of them will get a letter.
