They came home and got a red cinder out of the fire, and put it on the cloth and burned it, and then they put the cloth to the pig's nose, and he smelt it, and he got alright again.

   There was once a farmer who had six cows, and the cows were after calving and they were not giving any milk. They gave them extra food and still they were not getting any milk. One day a man told the farmers and his son to stand behind the byre door tonight and have something in their hands. The farmer took a graip and the son a spade. They left
