  1. About fifty or sixty years ago where the Ulster Bank is now there was a private bank. It belonged to Mr. T.J. Chambers' father who left the town about a year ago. All went well for a while. In the end he closed on all the money. When he closed on the money he drove people to the Assylum and others died. The people would not put money in private banks after that, but kept it in their houses.
