    called by this name is because there is a large white thorn bush growing in the middle of this field.
    There is another field of my father's farm called Roillín.
    I do not know the reason why it was called by that name.
    There is another field on my father's farm called the "Black Field"
    It got this name because it has a boggy subsoil and sometimes there grows a lot of moss and scutch on it.
    We have no names on the other fields.
    It was my father Bernard Sexton that gave me the above demonsions on the 1st of June 1938
