When a person buys an animal he or she marks the animal he or she buys.
The mark that is usually put on the animals is "clabar" from the road.
There are sticks of paste specially made for the marking of animals.
These sticks of paste can be purchased in colours of blue, red, or brown
When the buyer and the seller were satisfied with the bargain that was made they used to clap hands.
A special fair used to be held every six months on each of these crossroads for the selling of cows and sheep.
