    The boys of the town make spinning - tops and catapults.
    The way they make the tops is to get a spool and pare it until they have it round. Then they put a nail through with the point sticking out at the bottom and the top spins on this point.
    Catapults are made by cutting apiece of wood in the shape of a "Y" and fastening a strip of rubber at the top and through the opening thus made they throw the stones.
