- There is a forge in Milltown owned by Mr Eddie Miles. The Mileses have been smiths for many generations. It is near the cross-roads on the outskirts of the village.
The forge is made of wood and the roof is wood (and) covered with canvas. The reason the ceiling is made of wood is because the smoke would destroy iron or slates and they would crack and would not last long.
The body of the bellows is about five feet in length. The bottom and top are made of wood and the sides are made of pliable leather. There is a hole in the bottom for the intake of(continues on next page)- Collector
