    are two narrow slits in the mason work of each apartment which afford light and air. As the stairs are shaky visitors are not allowed to mount them, and so have not the privilege of seeing the upper room which our Saint occupied. Outside the house are two neatly kept plots of grass, one each side of the door.
    Last Summer I visited this revered historical house with a number of friends and I may add that this visit increased my interest in "St Colmcille, Dove of the Church"
