  1. Long ago people wore bonnets done with lace and tied under the chin with strings. They youst also wear caps which would be quilled from the ears down all done by themselves. The men wore high carline hats. For dress it was mostly shirts with loose bodies flapping over them and the old people wore all flannel. The men wore breeches and swallow tail coats.
