    took three feeds of boiled nettles in the month of March the would be free from all diseases through out the whole year.
    Garlic is good for preventing cold and flu and certainly contains wonderful properties.
    Marshmallow is a good cure for swelling in horses and pigs or for a blast on a cows udder. The juce of yarrow is thought to cure toothache and (tooth) headache. Colts foot is good for a blister. Rue is good for colds in horses.
    Houselick is the best cure for sore eyes. It grows from the roofs of houses. [Herver?] is a good plant and it cures rheumatism.
    Coffery or cumfry is the foremost cure for a strain if grated and put on.
    Garlic mixed with the first run of poteen is the best cure for rheumatism. Growfoot if pulled and coped makes a poultice and it is known to cure ringworm.
