- 19th January, 1938A Funny StoryOne very bright moonlight night, a man named John Madden, who lived in this district was visiting a neighbouring house.At about half past eleven, he started for home whistling merrily. The owners of the house got their rosary beads and prepared to say the Rosary.Just as they were going on their knees, they heard the light step of a running man, approaching the door which in a moment was thrown open. John Madden stood in the doorway, his face wan and pallid and he was out of breath.
