    On Friday certain work such as ploughing, house building or changing from one house to another is always begun, because Friday is considered a lucky day. Monday or Thursday are considered unlucky days for beginning important work.
    Potatoes should be planted before May Day. From the first until the eleventh of April are called "The Days of the Old Cow". A legend tells us that the Old Cow declared on the first of April that March weather did not kill her as the people had said, but the people borrowed
