    when he had his dinner eaten he said to the giant "I bet you you cannot do a thing that I can do." "I bet you I can said he. Jack ripped himself up with a knife and put out all the food he had in his bag and said it was his stomach he ripped. When the giant ripped himself he fell dead. When the wife saw this she got a tub of sour milk to drown Jack in but when she was stirring the milk Jack went over and tumbled her and in this way he escaped.
