  1. Meals a day
    Long ago the people used eat two meals in the day. These were the Breakfast and the Dinner.
    They would get up at dawn, and do as much work before 11 o clock when they would get their breakfast, as a man would do now before his dinner. The two meals consisted of two plates of stirabout with bull's or sheep's milk. The main who would have a goat with milk would be alright. The people
